Pleasant find!!! Left is torched sugar boba tea and right is black assam milk tea with boba (small size for popcorn chicken combo). Assam Tea is great! We got 25% sweet and the tea flavor tea comes out. The boba is black sugar based (not honey), and cooked perfectly. Torched sugar boba milk tea has fixed sugar level. But surprisingly not too sweet. It's still a sweet drink but not overly sweet. Popcorn chicken is decent with a cornmeal type of breading! I'll come back to try other drinks! They also have funny lemon tea drink series.

We have been going to this place since they opened. We are pretty much stuck with this place like it or not because my daughter only likes drinks from here only and nowhere else. I took her to all type of boba or Asian tea places and as soon as she tastes their drinks she say “ this taste horrible. Cozy tea loft is the best. “ I have taken her to Molly tea and all the famous tea places, she still wants cozy tea loft. She has been drinking the same drink “ Mango Lavender green tea with double the leechy.” Ithink it’s embedded into my daughter’s blood. If she doesn’t have tea from cozy tea loft, she will get bad grades. 🤣 anyways that all I got to share with everyone. I think it’s the way they make the tea. I could taste the difference from other places too. Other places may have a super fancy place but their tea tastes fake. The owners of cozy tea loft are so nice. We always have great laugh when we talk. Cozy tea loft is pretty much the best place to get the best tasting and healthiest drink from.

To be exact, 2.5 stars. Cozy Tea Loft seemed to have a soft ambience due to its décor. However, when I visited it one afternoon with some friends, it didn’t give me the cozy feel I was expecting. Most of the tables were occupied at the time; and the customers (except one working on the tablet) were rowdy. Ironically, the only staff working looked pretty “dead”, moving like a zombie and talked as if he got no more strength left in him, lol. Maybe he was overworked? Who knows. I just knew that the store should have had at least 2 staff working. Including my party, there were at least 15 customers there. The menu was user unfriendly. For the first time, out of the 30+ tea stores we had visited, ordering on the kiosk took some time to figure out. The store’s computer system appeared to be malfunctioning at the time. Because, although we input our phone# correctly, neither did we get notified on our phone when our order was ready, nor did we get our electronic receipt. The popcorn chicken was good; but the teas were just average. Visiting again? Nah.

I normally dont leave negative reviews about food or drinks but I got the pineapple tea and it was so nasty. 🤢 I asked if they could make me something else and they said no. 👎 not really inviting me back with that. I also got the torched creme brûlée 25% sweet still was 100% sweetness level so I can’t imagine regular sweet.

A pretty nice milk tea place with complementary Wi-Fi! It's pretty nice too How they're also open late night as well. Their milk teas are also reasonably priced and good quantity around $5 which for some reason it feels like the lower end as of recently... They got complimentary Jenga and you can also order stuff via fantuan or the iPad around, or you can talk to a cashier.
